Unique protest by Lotus boulevard sector 100 residents With Dhol and Munadi. Residents were Protesting against the burden of unjustified hike in maintanance charges of an unfinished society. Residents alleged that 3C builder has not completed the club and is giving 20% facility yet charging highest CAM. The safety and security in the society is extremely poor with few CCTV and that too not working, fire fighting system not working, boom barriers missing, communication facility is way below expectation, ,Lifts are always under maintenance, Lots of stray dogs inside in the society (few incidents of dog bite ). With continuous ongoing construction and pending occupancy certificate in various phase, the builders cost is transferred to residents through increase in Common Area Maintenance.
