In ongoing World Para Athletic Championship, Indian athletes again made country proud by wining two medals. Noida’s very own athlete Varun Bhati also won a bronze medal in high jump category.
Another silver medal was added to Indian kitty by athlete Sharad. High Jumper Sharad Kumar recorded his career-best performance with a jump of 1.84m and won Silver medal.
Varun Bhati after wining the medal said that although he was elated with his performance that could get him a medal but he wanted to do better. Bhati’s final succesful jump was 1.77m.
