HAWKERS VENDORS WORK FOR THE CITY CAN THE CITY WORK FOR THEM – RAJIV GOYAL

On each festival, people from distant places come for earning and put up bending which also benefitted citizens. I have spoken to few of them, they are so poor that earning of one festival runs their family upto next festival.

Are we a society of heartless people who are eying on these people and accusing entire administration. I am surprised how they give wrong and bad name to markets? Across the year people take booze in cars in same market that is never been talked off. Bad name is not developed due to these people but many of those shopkeepers of same market who take money from these people also.

In many markets, such an extortion is going on by shop owners who take rentals from hawkers putting up their stall in front of shop. That’s purely a public place for public benefit.

The same material we are forced to purchase from malls comes at double triple rates.

Just think about old people also who cannt go long to purchase all these things.

The hawkers must be planned to accommodate in all sectors of noida along with development malls & shops, on monthly rent to end user only , with proper documentation like Aadhar card. Once a hawker is allotted a space on rent against a Aadhar card , we will be able to reduce subsidy budget also.
One can easily see that there is no planning for such small hawkers , rehri-Patri etc in noida , lack of housing for poor.
