After all sector 18 shops are purchased @ Rs 30 K per sqft. Problem is in planning by keeping limited space on commercial side by NA; let them increase FARs for commercial, allow mixed land use, develop 6-7 more markets like sector 18 in entire noida like at sec 62, 50, 76, 120, 107, 91; why everyone should be forced to come to sector 18 and feel harassment over parking. Once this is done, shops will be cheaper as well products to customer would also be at cheaper price
What I am pointing out customers pain who have to purchase materials at double triple rates as naturally shopkeepers have to take out their investments
The other point is what shopkeepers sells is not sold by hawkers and customers are different even if they sell same.
In any case leasing out space to hawkers by these shopkeepers is a commercial crime.
Last but not the least, the way some friend has labeled corruption charges against cops, NA and administration on hawkers is simply a biased approach.
