I don’t understand if PIL was filled by FONRWA and judgment also come in favour of Noida FONRWA.
How could any other claim and get credit for CAVEAT.
How could any other party except FONRWA, NOIDA AUTHORITY and DND FILE CAVEAT.
It is for kind notice of group members that our Advocate Sh. Ranjeet Saxena ji already file CAVEAT in Hon’ble Supreme Court today morning and their is a chances for argument in afternoon.
