Taking precautionary measures as per the Noida visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s on December 25 traffic police have placed restrictions on heavy vehicles in Noida
The movement of heavy vehicles (except those with essential commodities) will be restricted at DND Flyway, Chilla regulator, Mahamaya Flyover and Elevated Road on MP-2 road, from 7am to 11pm.
Modi’s chopper will land at a helipad in Botanical Garden in afternoon. He will inaugurate the Magenta Line at Botanical Garden metro station and also travel to Okhla Bird Sanctuary Station via metro. Modi’s convoy will then move to Amity University in Sector 125 where he will address a public gathering along with chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath.
Traffic movement will be restricted from Botanical Garden to Atta Chowk. Commuters heading towards Atta Chowk from Sector 37, will be diverted towards Shashi Chowk, Nithari and Sector 18. There will b parking arrangements outside the Amity University
