Noida : Noida Authority has miserably failed to plan, develop a dumping ground,have it approved and get it as designed site. After notification of 8th April, 2016, they planned ASTOLI. did some work and then shifted their focus to 137. and on NGT,’s objection, turned to 123 and when the residents objected there, turned to 54. After Dr Mahesh ‘s intervention and announcement at Dharna, they are now undecided. Quite shameful and poor planning. No guidelines, by-laws framed even by State administration, in pursuance of the notification issued two years ago by GOI (8.4.2016). No solution seems to be in sight based on the haphazard thinking and approach of NA, assigned to look after municipal services.
