If inverters have helped for a long time as alternative to electricity, RO for water supply … small compost machines at households can also work.. but you are right that for long term solution.. Authority has to invest for garbage disposal… and to commence .. WtE plant with subsidy is need of hour .. and RWAs must cooperate NA by paying services for garbage disposal, may be @Rs 10/- sqmt per annum , by each whether household, flat or shop , hospital or industry .. instead doing popular politics , RWAs need to work in tandem … just think … what will people do with money saved .. if they are subjected to foul air and diseases … we want to be Singapore kind of city, and citizens want to pay like Signapore city.
