How safe we are in a Metropolitan City/NCR. We are talking about Noida City adjacent to Delhi capital of India.
What a joke ? A common citizen is not able to registered his complaint in police station. A common man is now searching some references for registered his complaint with police who has refused to help him.
Friends, if we go through this application we are able to find that our resident raised his voice against noise pollution and villagers have given him life threat.
A big question raised here is that if some one give you life threat then where you you will go, *Police station or Noida authority?*
Another question is as to who is responsible for administring policies during night like Noise polution, (loud music, inconvenience, Noise, etc.) Police or Noida Authority ?
Everybody know that for these problem we have to dial hundred (dial 💯) and registered our complaint to our police station.
But what we do when our senior officers of police refuse to registered complaint and even refused to accept a written complaint?
The police authorities of police station sector-49 Noida has refused to accept the written complaint from a resident of sector 51 Noida .
The police authorities have asked the resident to approach CEO, Noida authority for this . According to police authorities the problem is violation of court directives by the villagers which amounts to be a contempt of court case against Noida police, Noida District magistrate and CEO Noida authority as well as the villagers who are threatening the sector residents. But to our surprise no body has come to his reseque.
Where the sector residents to go now?
He is without any protection. The villagers are bent upon to harm or kill him and his family because he called PCR during night because of louder music as well as other nuisance by bad elements in his neighbour.
*Will any body help him?*
