In my opinion, lighting of each area in sector 18 need to go under study for 300 lux level and implemented the same.
Also movement of cars must be completely stopped within sectors and only multilevel car parking be allowed to park cars. Movement within market can be on battery run rickshaw.
There must already be camera, but central monitoring by better quality camera will instill confidence in people visiting area for security
Toilets need to be developed at 10 places
Wave must be pressurised to complete the project so that entire area is put to use in better way
In addition to this , such areas should also be developed at 6-7 locations in entire noida city like sector 7x, 135, around 126, around 150, around sector 62
