Noida, 18th March: Two fresh coronavirus cases were confirmed yesterday in Noida, out of which one has been reported from Hyde Park in Sector 78. The AOA Management & staff took immediate following actions to contain the spread of the virus in the society:
1. Entries has been restricted only from Gate No.1 so as to ensure temperature screening of anyone coming inside.
2. All delivery boys to be allowed till ground floor only. Residents will have to collect their items from ground floor. Newspaper, since it travels many hands will not be allowed inside.
3. Car cleaning to be disallowed.
4. CMO team has done the survey of few towers. As confirmed from SDM, they will continue to do it tomorrow as well for remaining towers.
5. All support staff have masks. Maintenance staff have gloves as well.
6. All lifts, ground floor lobbies have been disinfected. For tower H and tower X, all lobbies have been disinfected. It will be an ongoing process
7. Deep cleaning of all towers using soap, bleach and sodium hypochloride to be done today.
8. Maids to not be allowed inside considering that they might have come in contact with subjected flat members and has gone on to many other flats.
9. Arranged sufficient stock of all materials like Sanitizers etc.
10. Requested residents who have come from abroad or feel potential risk, must declare it voluntarily and get themself screened/checked for ruling out any possible infection cases unknowingly.
11. The only one confirmed resident has already been moved to isolation facilities and 4-5 of their close ones have been screened/ tested for corona infection, results are negative so far however, test results are awaited for one of them in next 2-3 days, till then they have been advised for self home isolation.
12. It is advised to stay at home unless urgent and maintain maximum self hygiene specially with kids & senior citizens.
