Amidst this Corona scare and complete shut down in the nation, these are a few things things you can do while in quarantine:
1. Read: Read a lot of books. Self help books, autobiographies, biographies, fiction, nonfiction…your pick! But read! Books never leave you!
2. Bring out your creativity: Engross yourself in doing creative things like sketching or calligraphy or knitting or stitching!
3. Retrospect and cherish old happy memories: Go through old albums, books and notebooks. Remember old memories and cherish all those happiness! Try to relive the simpler days in life, if possible!
4. Cuddle your soft toy or play with your childhood favourites.
5. Listen to Music: Listen to positive music and songs. Music helps to heal and concentrate.
5. Maintain a journal: Write journals, make long term plans, plan out your 24 hours and write your ideas on anything and everything! Forward silent gratitudes to the people, who you think, deserve your heartfelt thanks!
6. If you’re a quizzer, quiz via whatsapp. Enjoy random quiz sessions and trivial pursuits with your quizzical buddies.
7. Cook or learn to cook: Cooking can be therapeutic. Learn to cook new healthy and tasty dishes and enjoy then with the family.
8. Watch interesting TV series or movies!
