इसी क्रम में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन 11 दिसंबर 2021, शनिवार 10 बजे से मुख्यालय, तहसील और न्यायलयों में किया जा रहा है जिसके अंतर्गत निम्नवत वादों का निस्तारण किया जाएगा, जिसमें मोटर दुर्घटना प्रतिकर अधिनियम के वाद, वैवाहिक वाद, भारतीय उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम के वाद, दीवानी वाद, अर्विटेंशन के वाद, लघु शममीय वाद, ई-पालान के वाद, एन ई एस की धारा के वाद, सेवा संबंधी मामले, पेंशन मामले, श्रम के मामले व अन्य प्रतिकर मामले को निस्तारित किया जाएगा। और कहा कि प्री-लीटीगेशन स्तर पर बैंक ऋण के मामलों का निपटारा पक्षकारों की सहमति व आपसी समझौते से किया जाऐगा।
1) Extending legal aid to persons who are living below the poverty line, to women, children, members of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes and other persons enumerated in the section 12 of act.
2) Holding of #LokAdalats to resolve disputes in respect of cases pending before the courts or any matter at prelitigation state.
3) Organizing legal literacy and awareness camps as well as legal aid programmes with a view to educate the poor, backward and weaker sections of our society about their legal rights guaranteed to them under various laws.
