Agreed all RWAs should work in compliances to all legal Norms. Just one suggestion. Payment of RWAs monthly subscriptions by the residents, should be first made mandatory so as to make them financially stable. In the absence of any norms towards paying of the RWA dues, a good percentage of residents do not pay on one pretext of the other.
