A much needed public convenience facility has remained incomplete since last many years in a posh Noida locality. The matter concerns to Sector 44 residents who are facing great inconvenience because of this issue. The public facility that was intended to benefit the citizens of the sector has become an useless installation in the area.
Instead of its intended public use, it is being used as a private shelter by some unknown people.
Mr. Sudhir Sood, Joint Secretary, Sector-44 RWA spoke with Ten News about the plight of citizens of this sector. He informed that matter has been brought in the notice of concerned authorities but still remains unresolved. The facility has not been made functional even after many years of its partial completion.
At a time when honorable PM Narendra Modi is stressing hard upon open defecation free India it becomes really necessary that public funds meant for such utilities are used sensibly.
Citizens of the society hope that relevant authorities will take necessary action and would ensure the immediate resolution of the matter.
