Noida, 19 December 2022: American NGO HOPE B~LIT organized a free medical camp for rural women and children in Chhalera village. HOPE B~LIT founder, Ruhi aka Rohini Hak stated that the efforts were a part of their global vision of holistic care and awareness for Women and children lacking self-care options.
During the camp held at Chhalera village on Saturday, Ruhi Hak along with her efficient and dedicated team of HOPE B~LIT volunteers, conducted a camp named “Swastha Gao – Swastha Bharat” – Healthy Rural India – Hope Impact 2022” in the rural areas of the city. Pinkishe Foundation, Rekha Chouhan- Principal “ Adarsha Gyan Vatika”, Punit Rana ( NOVRA) & Parvesh Sharma principal “Shailja Convent school” joined hands to enhance these grassroots efforts. During this, State Women’s Commission Chairperson Mrs. Vimla Batham and many dignitaries like P.S. Jain (President-CONRWA), Brigadier Ashok Hak (V.P CONRWA), actor Sonu Sood’s Ghar Bhejo partner Neeti Goyal, a Forbes recognized philanthropist and Namrita Yuhana Poet and radio personality were present to support these efforts.
HOPE B~LIT, during its “Swasth Gaon-Swasth Bharat – Healthy Rural India – Hope Impact 2022” camp, Dr.Karen Raju & Dr. Sombir and their team provided dental check-up, treatment and oral care education to more than 2200 needy people. Dr. Dolly Marya (DNB, MBBS) and Shalini Gupta (Pinkishe Foundation), conducted Gynecology and Menstrual Hygiene workshops, Radha Bhatt and Divya Chopra led dance therapy sessions for mental health And Yoga Certified Expert Pallavi Bajpai also taught the virtues of Yoga to children and women during this camp.
The chief guest Mrs. Vimla Batham, who was present during the camp, honored the volunteers and social workers of the NGO with certificates by the US Congress. Vimla Ji stated,” I am very pleased to see the huge success of this camp and its impact for the rural community. She said the efforts of HOPE B~LIT volunteers is commendable and noteworthy. “
The camp was organized on December 17, 2022 from 9 am to 3 pm at the community center located in the ancient Shiva temple of village Chhalera, during which more than 2200 rural women and children were provided blankets, sanitary pads, oral kits, sewing machines and Food was distributed.
