As results for fourteen seats have been announced it has clearly become evident that voters have chosen individuals and not Panels.
The early results point to a lot of cross voting by learned voters of Noida who seem to have chosen different panel candidates for different positions.
In other words personal campaigning of individuals look to be a major driving force in deciding the election results.
Till time N P Singh panel candidates have won 8 seats whereas 7 seats have been won by Sukhdev Sharma Panel.
