*IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*
It has been our constant endeavor to try and make our city and surroundings clean.
As Noida participates in the Swatchh Sarwekshan 2019 , *we would like to organize a competition of the cleanest society of NOFAA* ( inside and outside) .
The rules and criteria shall be in line with Swatchh Sarwekshan 2019 . We expect around 50 societies to participate . The process shall involve , broadly a panel of judges , feed back from residents and the process of cleanliness involved in and around by respective societies.

*Rules and regulations for participating in competition*
*”🎀Swatchh NOFAA Society🎀”*
*1* . Societies need to give a consent for participating in the competition. The consent should reach the NOFAA officals / panel by 2359 hours 31.01.19. *NO ENTRY FEE*
*2.* The competition shall be conducted twice a year. The first one starts from midnight of *1st February and ends on 28th February/ 2359 hours*
*3.* We shall try and provide a ranking for all participating societies. The top three *receive trophies* ( running trophies )
4. *Evaluation Criteria*
*(A)* Panel of judges visit competing societies and evaluate them on the basis of direct observation .
*Marks :100* ( 50 marks for inside the society and 50 marks for surroundings areas of society ). *Photos to be taken as evidences .*
*(B)* Panel of judges talks to 3 random residents of the society under evaluation and collect their feedbacks on the cleanliness , levels of satisfaction among the residents ,how strongly are the internal processes being executed for cleanliness. e.g. waste segregation , waste disposal, dust control , how green is the society, common society toilets, etc . *Marks 100*
*(C)* Self assessment by AOAs/ RWAs
*Marks: 50* along with justifications.
*Total Marks: 250*
*5.* Results shall be announced on *3rd March 2019.*
