Amrapali Buyers Meet Noida MLA Pankaj Singh, discuss grievances

Noida- Today All buyers of different Amrapali Projects met Noida MLA Pankaj Singh and discussed the on going issues and expectations of homebuyers from Sate And Central Govt.

The meeting happened after Pankaj Singh aporoached the buyers on Wednesday and expressed interest for a meeting to discuss the solution with major stakeholders i.e buyers.

Buyers confronted the Noida MLA for not visiting the protest site on which he said that he wanted to come but looking at on going movement of the buyers he thought best to involve all concerned authorities first and try to resolve the homebuyers issues.

In this regard in his instance a meeting of buyers with city magistrate was set-up that took place two days ago.

MLA Pankaj Singh was briefed by the buyers about what happened in meeting at city magistrate office and builder have categorically told us to pay remaining amount to complete the project as he is left with no money.

Buyers alleged that now as it seems every other officials are supporting builder and not looking at the pain we homebuyers are going through hence action must be taken on them by the legislator.

On this Pankaj Singh informed, "yesterday a committee has been formed by CM Yogi Adityanath and Cabinet Minister Suresh Khanna is going to lead that committee in which all necessary actions will be taken for the benefit of buyers. Attempts will be made to involve other companies to take over the project and finalise the auditors as well as do other needfuls’.

Pankaj Singh also urged the buyers to end this Protest and assured them to work day in and day out for homebuyers.

However homebuyers have refused that this protest will not end unless we see immediate action on ground.

*MLA Urges for Patience, Speaks to Urban Development Minister*

Noida MLA has urged Amrapali buyers to have patience and faith on present regime. He also spoke to UP Cabinet Minister for Urban Development Suresh Khanna infront of the buyers and asked him to visit noida soon along with all plan of action along. He also requested the minister to frame a timeline for readressal of buyer issue.
