Noida: Today, Cleanliness drive was organized at 100 different places in Noida by Noida Authority. Ritu Maheshwari, CEO, Noida Authority her self participated in the drive and was seen collecting waste.
21000 strong force of Noida residents and other stakeholders also joined their hands and did plogging on the auspicious occasion of 2nd October to celebrate 150th birth anniversary of father of nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
All the participants also took pledge of swachhta and to make city free from single use plastic. During the event Durga Shankar Mishra, IAS, Secretary MoHUA, Mayur Maheshwari IAS, Director PMO, Deepak Singhal, Ex Chief Secretary Uttar Pradesh & Yogendra Singh, IAS joined the cause in full strength.
