If noida has to suffer a traffic jam for 45 min only when ticket is announced, it would be 2 hrs on winning election and 2 days if made minister.
Had it be done in some hotel or community centre, a minimum of Rs 5 lac would have been the cost, he should be asked to deposit Rs 2.5 Lac ( 50%) using DND and causing hardship to people.
If this is situation done in noida, what would have been the situation in interior Uttar Pradesh.
I think when NA does most of the work of development, Noida need a vocal, articulative but a suave representative of people, free from violent & indiscipline supporters. In this case also, probably candidate is trapped by people of other faction in party, to malign his image but then responsibility lies with him only for such a people trauma, he could have used Nizamuddin bridge or give a call to avoid such indiscipline & violent way of welcome.
