Noida, 30 September 2022: Noida Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (NMRC) today convened its 33rd Board Meeting followed by the 8th Annual General Meeting. Both meetings were conducted via video conferencing at the NMRC Headquarters in Noida.
The Board Meeting was chaired by Kamran Rizvi, Chairman (NMRC) & Additional Secretary, MoHUA and was attended by the following Board Members from the NMRC – Ritu Maheshwari, MD / NMRC & CEO Noida; Jaideep, Director NMRC & OSD(UT) / MoHUA; and Vinay Kumar Singh, Director NMRC & MD (NCRTC).

Following matter was approved by the Board:-
(1) Report of C&AG for the FY 2021-22
(2) Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2022-23
(3) Secretarial Auditor Report for the FY 2021-22
(4) Approval of DPR of Aqualine from Depot Station to MMTH Boraki site
