Sir,
As you are aware that a delegation of RWA, Sector 51 and Sr. FONRWA representatives namely Shri. N P Singh Ji, President and Shri A N Dhawan ji, Secretary General, met with Shri B N SinghJi, District Magistrate and Shri Anil Kumar Jha ji, S.P traffic on 6-12-2017 in their offices.
The main issue was security problems of Sector 51, Noida due to unauthorised parking of taxis, buses, tractor trailer, trucks etc, in the vacant plots, vacant houses and roadside in Sector 51, Noida. There is no regular police patrolling during day time though they have started night patrolling occasionally.
S P Traffic, Sh. Anil Jha assoured us that within 2-3 days they will plan for removal of all the unauthorised vehicle from our SECTOR-51 (blocks C, D, E & F).
S. P. Traffic sir, further informed us that he is authorising Sh. Layak Singh ji from traffic department for this work and further assoured that he will reach to our (sector -51) with atleast 6 crains for towing away the unauthorised vehicles.
But till now ( *15-3-18* ) no one came to our sector even after many request and posting many complaints on WhatsApp group also.
Senior officers of Noida authority held a meeting with us on 22 February 2018 where in we raised the issue of unauthorised parking of many ola, uber and other taxis around 50 number during night time at plots number f-65, 66 & 67 Sector 51, Noida with the help of villagers of village Hoshiarpur who are parking their vehicles on roadside, empty plots, and empty houses in the sector.
The project engineer Shri BM pokhriyal ji of work circle- 3 of Noida authority has written a letter on 26th February 2018 to S P traffic, Noida for this complaints.
*In this letter he has also requested to S P traffic to depute officers with sufficient numbers of crains to remove all unauthorised vehicles from Sector- 51 Noida* .
Even after this complaints the S P traffic has not taken any action to remove the unauthorised parking from our sector.
*It is also pointed out here that Hon’ble Allahabad high court in a PIL filed by us has directed to S.S.P Noida, District Magistrate, Noida and C.E.O Noida Authority to remove all encroachments and unauthorised vehicles from Sector 51. But neither Noida Authority nor Noida police nor D.M Noida has taken any action and hence this is in violation of Hon’ble Allahabad high Court orders which amounts to contempt of court also.*
It is now requested to kindly look into the matter urgently and remove all the unauthorised vehicle from Sector 51, Noida.
