CONRWA NOIDA CHAPTER held a very positive,meaningful meeting with CEO NA on 03 july,Tuesday at 5.15 pm for 90 minutes at NA conference Hall.CEO chaired the meeting.Attended by 15 NA OFFICIALS -Shri Mishra,ACEO,both CMEs,SPE jal,SPE health,PE horticulture,PE E& M,PE jal.PE RWAS,various PE work circles,APEs.CNC was represented by Shri P S Jain,President.Brig Ashok Hak,Convener,Dr Anju Pachauri,coconvenet,SARVA Shri Sunil Sethi,Mohinder Singh ,PE Aggarwal ,Govind Sharma,Rajiv Goyal,Amit Gupta,Girish Kapoor.
CEO appreciated positive suggestions made.Seven issues of Monsoon preparation,Pruning of trees,Recognition of RWAs,Single window system,Updating policy decisions,Parking,Solid waste management. The following important decisions taken after discussion ,suggesting few measure.
A,22 Drains cleaned ,23 LOW lying areas identified with pumps allocated,4 bottle necks like mahamaya flyover,Prerna sthal etc reconstucted.CEO asked us to send details of nullahs not done,LOW LYING WATER LOGGING Areas left out on which prompt action will be taken.Sector 62 drain not cleaned for years was mentioned.Immediate action was taken today
PRUNING OF TREES.Directions given for work on war footing.RWAs/CNC to send details.Height of trees below Electric cable height.
RECOGNITION OF RWAs.Full support will be given to RWAs.But only an act/legislation/govt can give legal status.
SINGLE WINDOW SYSTEM.CEO said that there was need to acceletate.The committee appointed will give report in 2 months.
UPDATING POLICIES.Need to update the outdated policies was agreed to.PE RWAs was directed to do the needfull,upload on website.Subjects like gate,ad hoardings at entrance,PGs,Open gyms,parking etc will be covered.
PARKING.Requirement of rationalized rates.18 sector issue were discussed CEO stated that 42 lots have been allotted ,policy is being finalised,yellow marking,uniform,display of information will be enforced.Defaulting contractors will be fined Rs 50,000.00.
REPAIR OF DIGGING ON ROADS WILL BE COORDINATOR,SINGLE AGENCY TO DO,NO RESURFACING OF ROADS IN MONSOON.PATCH WORK,URGENT REPAIRS WILL ONLY BE DONE DURING MONSOON.
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT.Door to door collection will start soon,will be notified.Also f comprehensive plan will be notified.CEO stated rationalized levy for door to door collection will be charged.The consensual decision of joint meeting of forums wasby niconveyed.RWAs can buy any proven machine get subsidy.Adopt any technology. The meeting ended very coordial lt after about 90 minutes of deliberation,very patient hearing by CEO,prompt decisions on issues agreed to.
