A 36-year-old man died in an accident near Mamura Chowk on Monday.
Around 4 pm Ram Kumar from Bihar was going on his cycle when a bus hit him from behind leading to the accident.
Akhilesh Tripathi, SHO, Phase 3 police station said “that police have received the information of the collision after 10 minutes of the accident. A team immediately reached to the spot and rushed the injured person to the hospital where he was declared dead”.
“We have arrested the driver of the bus, Arvind, who told us that victim suddenly came in front of the bus and the driver lost control, even the speed of the bus was between 35 to 40 kmph led to the accident”, he added.
The bus driver belongs to Bulandshahr and was driving a private bus from last three years.
Ram Kumar’s family have alleged that the bus was at a high speed which led to the accident.
