Have raised large number of complaints on street lights in last one year but that’s give temporary result n what needed is change in system and not blaming any individuals(Infact two PE’s of E&M are one of the best officers of N.A) or department for it but some time we have shortage of materials due to court case n some time other reasons Today early morning on d way to airport I have noticed it again n then observed this in Delhi n can see all major stretches have properly working lights( no rain effects on lights at Delhi ) .No matters how many complaints citizens like m raise until unless authorities don’t step it things won’t change or improve. I know its lengthy message early morning but safety is more imp and as a citizen its my duty to raise this issue as dark stretches on road’s give easy target to criminals n we all know ,Noida have high crime rate related with snatching ,robbery etc etc, this is the most appropriate forum since we have all senior officers of district. My humble submission we need to act before any unfortunate incident take place .
