Builder has diverted the Residents money called IFMS fund . It is Rs. 10.6 cr.Now he is not transferring the Prateek Wisteria Apartment to legally elected AOA because Residents will ask for their money. Now AOA is saying that you give us our IFMS
Fund first and complete the pending job and then transfer the maintenance. Out of 1800 Flats 1790 are sold and 1649 ( 85% )families staying currently. Builder is selling Electricity at a very high price, and increasing maintenance every six month.
Prateek Laureal AOA Sector 123 is charging
maintenance Rs.2/- per sq. ft.from the Residents , builder is not there. Whereas here Builder is asking rs. 3.80p
per sq ft without Power back up and electricity.
It is high time he should handover
to AOA with IFMS fund.
