I congratulate most dynamic and visionary NOIDA CEO Ms Ritu Maheshwari IAS on 44th Foundation Day .
Perhaps I can offer few suggestions ..
Smt Ritu needs to focus on fundamental needs of the Noida residents where they are provided clean drinking water, safe and secured housing, good and low-cost education, proper waste management. When these elementary needs are fulfilled then only we can jump to technology which is the second layer of smart cities and Noida is aiming to.
And, to build a successful one, Noida needs to focus on digital and information technologies, better urban planning, public-private partnerships, and conducive policies keeping in the centre its citizens’ needs then only it can make a difference and make a future proof Noida.
I wish her good luck in all her endeavours in making NOIDA liveable ,happy , Safe and healthy city .
